FAQ

• If your purchased product lies within these term and conditions, you are eligible for an exchange/replacement:
• The product has been purchased within the last 14 days with proof of purchase (i.e., sales receipt).
• The product must be unworn (besides trying on for size), meaning that it is clean, has no signs of damage, and all original tags are still attached. (* for online orders: if your product arrives and appears to be defective in any way (i.e., frayed, defective clips) please email us and we will address the situation as a case-by-case basis)
• We understand that buying products online can be tricky, and that pets come in all shapes and sizes! This is why we emphasize taking the measurements of either your pet's collar, or the widest part of their neck. Unfortunately, once the product is made, we are not able to adjust the size, as it may alter the integrity of the product. If you find that it still does not fit properly and the product meets the above requirements, we can offer an exchange with a product of equal value (*see section below).
• For exchanges: The original product must be sent back to us in order for the exchange to be processed. Once we receive the product and the adjusted measurements, we will process your exchange, and your new product will be shipped within 7-10 business days. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact us at offthescruff@yahoo.com.
• We DO NOT offer refunds at this time. Thank you for your understanding!

How do I know what size to get for my pet?

• The measurements of our products vary slightly due to their handmade nature. You can use the chart below to get a better idea of what size they need. To measure your pet's neck, either measure their collar from end to end, or using a measuring tape measure the widest part of their neck. If you are deciding between two sizes, we recommend choosing the large of the two.

What if my pets sizing does fall within those ranges?  

• If your pet needs a specific size that either smaller or larger than our standard sizes, let us know! We want your pet to not only look their best, but to feel the most comfortable. Use our contact page to find a way to reach us that works best for you, and we will get back to you within 48 hours.

What kind of materials do you use?

• Most of our fabric is 100% cotton. If you or your pet have sensitivities to certain textiles, feel free to contact us at offthescruff@yahoo.com to ensure the fabric meet your needs.
• Our unique design uses parachute clips, known for their durability, to secure them on your pet instead of loose ends to tie. They allow for a longer lasting and more comfortable product for you and your pet to enjoy!
